Takeover Sports Performance is a results driven training program for middle school, high school, and college athletes.

We specialize in speed, running mechanics, agility, strength, and power, with real data from tracking with laser timing and jump testing.

Our coaching helps athletes move better, get faster, and build confidence through a proven and supportive system.

We offer two paths:

  • 3-Month Membership for trials and short-term development
  • Annual Membership for long-term growth and best results

Most school programs are built for large teams and training is dictated more by logistics than what the athletes need. Most open gyms offer exercise equipment, not guarantees of athletic development.

Takeover is different because we provide:

  • Smaller group, coaching intensive training
  • Mobility, Speed, and Agility training every session
  • Strength programs based on training age
  • Daily monitoring with laser timed sprints + vertical jump testing
  • Individual adjustments for injuries, sport schedules, and school lifting

If your athlete wants real coaching instead of random workouts, this is where they get it.

Yes. We coach all levels.

Middle schoolers focus on movement quality, coordination, and fundamentals.

High school athletes progress in intensity and complexity with more individualization.

College athletes receive advanced programming and data-driven adjustments.

You're never “behind.” Everyone starts where they need to start.

Absolutely. We specialize in helping middle school and high school athletes build size, strength, and confidence through a combination of smart training and performance-based nutrition. Most athletes struggle to gain muscle not because of genetics, but because they aren’t eating enough or fueling consistently throughout the day.

To make this easier, we created The Athlete Mass-Building Nutrition Blueprint: a free, research-backed guide that teaches athletes exactly what to eat, how much to eat, and how to structure their day for muscle growth.

Each 60 minute session includes:

  1. Warm-Up with Mobility and Activation Exercises
  2. Speed Training (acceleration, mechanics, sprint training)
  3. Performance Circuit (laser timing + jump testing)
  4. Strength Training (individualized by age and experience)
  5. Cool Down / Recovery

Your athlete gets structure, coaching, and measurable progress every time they train.

Athletes in our program improve in:

  • Sprint and acceleration speed
  • Change of direction ability
  • Vertical jump height
  • Strength & lower body power
  • Running mechanics & confidence

We test every training session so you always see real progress and we can avoid guesswork.

Yes. We coach technique first and use age-appropriate training.

Middle school athletes learn how to lift and proper movement patterns.

High school athletes follow progressive overload based progressions.

We easily adjust for injuries, growth cycles, and sports schedules.

This is one of the safest environments for athletes to train.

We modify training based on the specific injury.

We use:

  • “Plan B” speed workouts for hamstring/quad injury recovery
  • Modified strength work for usable limbs.
  • Adjusted warm up protocols when needed
  • Gradual return-to-speed monitoring

Your athlete stays active, safe, and progressing constantly.

It’s simple:

  1. Book a free consultation and performance assessment
  2. Tell us your goals
  3. We recommend the right membership
  4. Your athlete starts training that week

No pressure, just a clear pathway to improved performance based on the information we gather.

Our Address is:

Warminster, PA, 18974

By the intersection of Newtown and Street Rd.

Sports Performance Group Training takes place between 3:30 PM and 8 PM every week night, and weekend mornings.

We train athletes from all field and court sports, including football, baseball/softball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, wrestling, tennis, and more.

Speed, strength, and lower body power help every athlete, regardless of sport, and that is our specialty.

Our main program is smaller group training because athletes improve faster with competition and training partners, in our experience.

However, we do offer 1-on-1 sessions for:

  • Form coaching
  • Injury return to play
  • College prep
  • Younger athletes

Contact us to see if you'd be a good fit for 1-on-1 training.
