The Takeover 3-Step Plan

Step 1: Book a Free Consultation

We learn about your athlete’s goals, sport, schedule, and injury history. This helps us place them in the right groups and create the right coaching plan.

Step 2: Get a Training Plan Built for Your Athlete

Every athlete gets a structured program based on age, and adjusted to training experience, movement quality, strength level, sport demands, injury history, and whether they are in-season or off-season.


We don’t guess. We build a plan that fits your athlete.

Step 3: Start Training & See Measurable Improvements

Your athlete joins our small coaching groups and follows our proven system. We use laser timing, jump testing, and video analys to track progress and adjust as needed.

What a Training Session Looks Like

Each 60 minute training session includes:

Dynamic Warm-Up

  • Movements that increase mobility
  • Drills that build coordination
  • Exercises that prepare the body to run fast

Speed & Agility Training

  • Running mechanics
  • Acceleration training
  • High-speed sprinting
  • Change of direction

Performance Testing Circuit

  • Laser-timed sprints
  • Jump testing
  • Force plate measurements to monitor progress 

Strength Training

  • Middle School: foundational strength and technique
  • High School: structured progressions and progressive overload-based training
  • College: advanced programming and performance peaking

Cooldown & Recovery

  • Cooldown and stretching to reinforce mechanics and reduce soreness

How We Customize Training for Every Athlete

What to Expect in the First 30 Days

Week 1

Meet your coaches and training partners, learn the warm-up, get acclimated to performance testing procedures, review technical adjustments, and start learning fundamental movement patterns.

Week 2-3

Increase confidence within the speed system, dialing in loading for strength movements, running mechanics improvements begin to set in, and you start to see early performance gains in measurables we track daily.

Week 4+

Multiple data points of speed and jump testing, program adjustments made if necessary, exercise selection is dialed in, and the momentum that helps athletes feel and see their improvements has begun.

  • Sprint times (2/10, 5/10, 10/10)
  • Vertical jump height and broad jump distance
  • Force plate metrics
  • Strength progressions
  • Technique improvements
  • Consistency and attendance
